Healthcare and Daycare providers face a growing regulatory oversite. Additionally, many states have set specific requirements for training in medication administration and providing for healthy and safe environments. Although not adopted by Connecticut, these requirements push the bar higher when litigation is perused.
CTTCI provides medication training programs adopted for recognized organizations (National Association of School Nurses, American Academy of Pediatrics) and is in full compliance with Connecticut regulations.
Medication courses cover the required topical (nonprescription), prescription and for those requiring the auto injectable portion this can be added to the curriculum.
Our staff can assist you or your facility with the required recordkeeping portion as well. We have lots and lots of forms!
Our knowledgeable staff can get you compliant with other requirements such as First Aid/CPR/AED. Is your Bloodborne Pathogen program up to date? How do you respond to Pandemic Flu, shelter in place, or area evacuation?
